Returns & Exchanges

At GIBBON Balance Boards, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your board, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your balance board in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned board, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
