What is included with my GIBBON Balance Board purchase?
Each order includes a premium handcrafted wooden balance board, a high-density non-slip cork roller, and a digital starter guide to help you begin your training safely.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your board ships.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day risk-free trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your GIBBON board, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
Is there a weight limit for the balance boards?
GIBBON Balance Boards are engineered for durability. Our standard boards are tested to support a maximum weight capacity of up to 350 lbs (158 kg).
Can I use my balance board on any floor surface?
While our boards can be used on most surfaces, we recommend using them on a yoga mat or carpet to protect both the roller and your flooring. Avoid using the board on wet or uneven outdoor surfaces.
